LAHORE: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman met PML-N president Nawaz Sharif at latter’s residence in Raiwand on Monday, Geo News reported.
According to sources, both leaders discussed the prevailing political situation in the country and issues of mutual interest. Fazl also invited PML-N to participate in All Parties Conference, scheduled on February 28 in Islamabad. Mian Nawaz Sharif accepted the invitation. Nawaz provided the names of Chaudhry Nisar, Raja Zafar ul Haq and Iqbal Zaffar Jagra for APC. Sources added that Nawaz and Fazl also deliberated on an electoral alliance for the next general elections.
