BADIN: Former speaker Fehmida Mirza has said she was neither a defaulter nor obtained any loan from a bank. She said she was on the top of list of parliamentarians who paid the highest tax.
Addressing a press conference on Sunday at her farmhouse here with her son and PS-57candidate Barrister Hasnain Mirza, Dr Fehmida Mirza said her opponent candidate from NA-225 Yasmin Shah has bogus Matric and Intermediate certificates and the graduation degree on the basis of these certificates was also fake. She appealed to the courts to give verdict against fake degree holders. She said the certificates filed by her opponent Yasmin Shah were in the name of Yasmin Hasnain. Also her Matric certificate shows date of birth of 1965 whereas it is 1968 in the CNIC.
